Services Offered by Wise Inspection
Home Inspector

Pre-purchase Inspection

An inspection before buying a home gives you the information needed to make an informed decision. The inspection identifies defects within specific systems and components and the next action to take.

New Construction Inspection

If you are buying a new home, you should have it inspected. Just because the home is new does not mean that it is perfect. A third party inspection could identify defects needing correction before you take possession of the home.

Pre-listing Inspection

Planning to sell your home? Consider an inspection before listing the home. A pre-listing inspection could uncover concerns that might compromise or delay the sale. An inspection now gives you time to correct the concern before the listing.

Radon Testing

Radon, is the second leading cause of lung cancer, and the first among non-smokers. It is a radioactive, colorless, odorless, tasteless gas, occurring naturally. Radon comes from the ground, and is everywhere in our atmosphere. However, its concentration can vary widely in buildings where it can build up inside the house. We can add radon testing to your home inspection or as a stand alone service.

Mold Inspection

A mold inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the readily accessible, visible components of the building. We will take moisture, temperature and humidity measurements, at least three air samples (one indoor and two outdoor), and possibly one surface sampling at an area of concern. We can add mold inspection to your home inspection or as a stand alone service.
